Sara Griner Webb began dancing at the age of two under the direction of her mother, Lovedy Griner. Sara began helping her mother teach younger dancers at the age of 11 years old and has been sharing her love for dance ever since. Sara opened Port City Ballet in August of 2023, expanding the mission of Rose City Ballet to Bainbridge. Lovedy Griner opened Rose City Ballet in Thomasville, Georgia in 1992. For over 3 decades, she has offered quality dance instruction to students ages 3-18. Rose City Ballet was founded with the mission of sharing the name of Jesus Christ through dance, ministering to each student and audience member. Mrs. Lovedy will be at the studio on Wednesdays for our tiny dancer classes.
